Last week, a podium finish for our team leader Rigoberto Urán looked pretty promising. And despite the general classification shakeups in week two, it’s still looking very hopeful. In fact, he’s even moved up a spot and is currently in second place for the Tour.
It’s almost as if history is repeating itself…
Even after an incredibly demanding weekend in the mountains, Urán and the team were riding strong and held nothing back. They launched attacks on climbs and kept up with the relentless tempo set in the already unforgiving Pyrenees. Our Colombian superstar remains as energized and vibrant as ever.
The guys are ready to get back into it after they take their second rest day. Until then, here’s a recap of our past week of photos from team photographers Ashley and Jered Gruber. Sit back and join us while we look back… and rest our legs.
