Nate Brown's Bio
Nate Brown became the third American to earn the Tour de France’s King of the Mountain iconic red and white spotted jersey when he took it off the back of teammate Taylor Phinney last July. The 26-year-old has been racing bikes for exactly half his life. His father, David, was a bike racer and introduced his son to the sport.
Nate has been racing in argyle for the duration of his professional career, inking his first WorldTour contract with Jonathan Vaughters in 2014 when the team was riding as Garmin-Sharp. An integral part of most of the team’s major results in 2017, Nate is on the cusp of a big win of his own.
