Our 2026 Tour de France Femmes roster

EF Education-Oatly’s Tour roster packs depth, experience, and opportunism

July 29, 2026

Kristen Faulkner, Magdeleine Vallieres, Henrietta Christie, Nina Berton, Cédrine Kerboal, Alice Towers, and Noemi Rüegg are ready to give everything they have for this race – and for each other.

Nine stages mean nine opportunities for EF Education-Oatly to leave our mark on the Tour de France Femmes.

The race opens in Switzerland with a mix of flat and punchy stages before entering France where a time trial, rolling hills, the merciless Alps and the infamous Mont Ventoux await the peloton. Our squad will race 1,175 kilometers and climb 18,795 meters on their way to the final finish line in Nice.

Cédrine and Magdeleine have their eyes on the mountain stages. Cédrine already has one Tour stage win to her name and came close to earning another last year. She is motivated to add to her palmarès. Mags was based in Switzerland when she started her professional racing career in 2020. Now she returns as the reigning world champion in the biggest race on the calendar.

Noemi returns to action after being away from racing for three months. A crash saw her exit the Vuelta España Femenina with a broken humerus while wearing the race leader’s red jersey. After weeks of recovery and rehab, our Swiss rider is eager to reunite with her teammates. There’s no way she was going to miss the Tour de France Femmes with the Grand Départ kicking off on home soil.

If there are two things Kristen loves, they are time trials and breakaways. With a 21-kilometer individual time trial on stage four and opportunities for breakaways to make it to the line on other days, Kristen is ready for racing to get underway.

Nina, Henrietta, and Alice bring Tour experience, strength, and grit to our roster. Nina earned her first pro win this year when she claimed the title of Luxembourg time trial national champion, while Henri and Alice have proven to be essential teammates. This year already, the pair helped our squad win two stages at the Vuelta España Femenina and a stage and the overall title at the Tour Down Under.

Noemi Rüegg

I’m super excited to be finally back racing after three months. I think I've never had a proper three month break from racing during the season so I'm really looking forward to it. I'm also a little bit nervous, I have to say, because it always feels weird to come back after such a long time. And it's a bit of an uncertainty, like where I'm really at and will I feel comfortable in the bunch again? But mostly I'm really optimistic and really positive, just really happy to be back.

It's super special to have the start of the Tour in my home country. Ever since they announced that, this has been a super big goal for me. It is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for cyclists to have the Tour’s start. And also the first two stages suit me really well so that makes it even more exciting. I hope it brings a lot of fans to the start and inspires a lot of Swiss people to ride their bikes when they see us having fun on the bike.

It's crazy, actually. I need to make sure to not get too excited and also to take some moments for myself to calm down. But I would say, it's like 110 percent motivation and excitement coming up.

Nina Berton

I'm excited about everything. The Tour de France is the most iconic stage race, in my opinion. I grew up watching it, so I'm just excited that I know I'm doing what little me was hoping to do, so that's just super exciting. Getting to ride up Mont Ventoux where I used to watch as a kid, it’s just epic. I mean, as a kid, you don't realize that you are not allowed to race with the men, and then later you get disappointed because the race doesn't exist for you. And now it's here and we are riding up these crazy mountaintop finishes and we have a super exciting team.

I'm just stoked to ride for the team and get the best out of it. With the squad that we have, I think we can have so much fun and get some crazy things out of it. I’m just excited for it all.

Magdeleine Vallieres

I’m super excited. We're coming with a really strong team.
We had a good camp all together, and I’m super excited to see what we do. Watching Noemi, going into the red jersey at the Vuelta, I think it's extra motivation now for this Tour and to try to get the jersey in the first few stages.

I think all of the stages are quite good. We have someone that fits each stage quite well. I'm mostly excited about stage five and the stage in Nice, but any stages where I can try to be aggressive, I am looking forward to.

It's always special to be back racing in Switzerland – the views are like nowhere else. But to be back in the rainbow stripes, I think will be something like a full circle moment. I'm super excited actually. It's going to be something I will never forget, to be able to race the Tour, which is, for us, the biggest of the races in the season and also all the hype around it. So to be able to raise it in the rainbow this year would be something I’'ll never forget.

Kristen Faulkner

I’m looking forward to racing with my teammates again. It's been about six weeks or more since I've raced with them, so definitely I'm excited to be back with the team. And since I did altitude camp in the US, it's been a while since I've seen everyone. And then the Tour always has just more fans than any other race, and I'm excited for the people with chicken costumes and just all the costumes that the fans come out with because it makes me laugh during the hardest parts of the race.

As a team, I know we want to win a few stages, and I'd love to win a stage myself. It will be very hot so I'm really trying to acclimate to heat as much as possible. But I think it's going to be difficult, no matter what.

Henrietta Christie

Going full gas! I'm just looking forward to racing again. It'll be fun. I mean, it's the Tour de France. Everyone knows the Tour de France, even people that don't follow cycling so I think its name carries a lot of weight.
But also we come here with a really good team so it'd be nice to try and do something special.

Cédrine Kerbaol

Whoa, I’m excited about so many things. Being back racing with the team.
Have some fun on the bike. Be aggressive. Go fast. Take risks. Be free.

Our altitude camp was super good. Really good vibes, really good work done. We trained a lot, we trained well, we rested well, we had fun outside the bike. It was really, really good vibes. It means that, yeah, physically and mentally, we're ready.

Do I like any stages? All of them.

Alice Towers

I'm excited. I'm not nervous yet, actually, but I'm sure I will be. Everyone builds up for it for so long and there's so much anticipation and hype around it that we just can't help but feel that it's just a big thing that's happening for the women's peloton in the summer.

Our main strength is that we have such a deep roster. We have a rider for many scenarios. We've got such a deep strength in the squad. And we’re a squad that backs each other 100 percent so that's definitely our strength. I can't wait to see us all on the start line and see what we can do.
