Working out at home is never easy. We get so used to our routines, group-rides,…
There’s no other way to say it. We miss you.
We miss racing, and we miss the scenes of cobblestones and the tens of thousands of fans along the roads. But our fans make this wonderful sport what it is, and racing or not, we can still share a virtual road, or social hour.
This spring, EF Pro Cycling is offering a menu of virtual rides and Instagram social hours to stay close to you. Just because the racing stops doesn’t mean you can’t join us on the [Zwift] roads and gravel, or drop into an Instagram live social hour with Alberto Bettiol, Rigo, or Jonathan Vaughters. We will host standing group rides on Zwift Tuesdays from now through May, and our social hours on Instagram Live Fridays through May as well. We’ll also join some of our friends at and Rapha (as well as others) for virtual rides and Instagram takeovers. Cannondale
“We’ve had the best fans for as long as I can recall,” team CEO Jonathan Vaughters said. “We aren’t able to see them on the roads this spring, but hopefully we can take this as a time to engage and connect with people and the sport differently.”
Check out our schedule below, and be on the lookout for tips and tricks from our team to help with home workouts or — our favorite — cooking at home. We’ve got a few tricks up our pink-striped sleeves, too, so make sure to check back here or follow us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter for updates and special events.
